This is done by one of our recommended and experienced architects who are known and trusted to draw up the initial plans. The chosen architect will be able to assist in the submission of the planing application and appeals on enforcement issues, and prepare master plans and detailed design proposals once ready Durham City Joinery will initiate the build stage.
